Cancellation before shipping

You may cancel your order at no cost before it has shipped for a full refund. Email contact@bobcouch.com with your order number to request cancellation.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check the dimensions, color, chaise orientation, access route, and your room before purchasing. Disliking the color, selecting the wrong orientation, or deciding the couch does not fit your plans does not by itself qualify for a voluntary return.

This restriction does not exclude any return, refund, repair, replacement, or cancellation right that applicable law requires.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing goods

The no-change-of-mind policy does not mean you must accept goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially different from their description, or not delivered. Contact contact@bobcouch.com with your order number and describe the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us assess it. Keep your order confirmation and relevant delivery records.

Any remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing here makes a statutory remedy conditional on retaining original packaging or waiving a payment dispute.

Warranty

The product includes a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Full manufacturer warranty coverage applies to products that arrive damaged or defective. For warranty assistance, email contact@bobcouch.com with your order number and a description of the defect. This warranty does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Delivery and order information

Free shipping is available to the contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses are excluded. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days. The couch ships in two parcels, which may arrive separately.

Unpacking and size

The couch is packed in compressed form. Follow the included unpacking and expansion instructions. Initial wrinkles and a smaller appearance can occur during recovery. Our illustrated day, week, and month scenes are a creative story, not a promise about recovery time or a substitute for the product instructions.

Displayed measurements are approximate. AI-generated lifestyle scenes illustrate the product and setting; they do not override the stated product specifications or your rights if the delivered item does not match its description.

Discounts and payment

The $50 Bob™ offer reduces the displayed $599.99 price to $549.99 once per couch. Applicable tax, if any, must be disclosed before payment.

Payment disputes and your rights

You may contact us to help resolve an issue, but this policy does not prevent you from contacting your payment provider or exercising legal dispute rights. A store policy cannot guarantee the outcome of a chargeback or override applicable consumer law.
